Total number of Voxpro employees to grow to 3,000 globally
Voxpro, Ireland’s largest international provider of customer experience, technical support and sales operations solutions, is delighted to announce the creation of 400 new jobs, alongside the launch of a new, state of the art Dublin office located in the Silicon Docks.
This announcement will see Voxpro’s total number of jobs in Ireland grow to over 2,000 and 3,000 globally over the next 12-18 months, highlighting the rapid growth and expansion of the company which has grown fivefold over the last 3 years. The new office based in Dublin’s Point Village has been built to compete with the standards, capacity and design of Voxpro’s partners’ offices, many of which are located nearby in the Dublin Docklands area.
“After an exceptional year of growth for Voxpro, we are very pleased to open this new, state of the art base in Dublin. We work closely with some of the best known tech companies in the world to deliver exceptional and beautiful customer experiences. This new location facilitates our active expansion, while continuing to exceed the world-class standards demanded of us”, noted Voxpro CEO and co-founder, Dan Kiely.
“This rapid growth for Voxpro, which is due to expansion of existing partners and our growing number of new partners in the FinTech and IoT areas, is testament to the quality of service and talent displayed by our wonderful employees, both here in Ireland and in our other international offices - it’s our people and our culture that provides the point of difference in the experiences we provide.”
We continue to be inspired by the disruptive innovators that we work with, who are changing the world and going after the parts of the internet yet to be built. As our partners scale and evolve, we engineer the world’s best customer experiences, optimising their ability to compete, grow and conquer.”
