Welcoming the announcement in Co. Cork today, Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, Mary Mitchell O’Connor TD, said: “Today’s announcement that CoreHR, a highly innovative Irish company, is creating 300 new jobs in Cork, Dublin and Kilkenny is great news for the country. As Minister, my priority is to ensure an environment for jobs growth is developed right across the country and in particular the regions of Ireland. I believe only a strong economy supporting people at work can pay for the services needed to create a fair society. CoreHR is a great example of the type of company Enterprise Ireland is working with. I wish John Goulding and the team every success into the future”.
John Goulding, Chief Executive of CoreHR added: It’s a very exciting time for CoreHR, which started out almost 35 years ago, and has since carved out a strong presence across a wide range of sectors to become a world leader at the forefront of developing innovative HR software solutions. After a number of years of strong performance, including a 30% revenue growth last year, I am very much looking forward to the next stage of our success story, to expanding our talented team and to continuing our global growth strategy.”
Julie Sinnamon, Chief Executive of Enterprise Ireland, concluded: “A key role of Enterprise Ireland is to drive and support innovation in Irish companies.
