We are supporting our staff through the implementation of our People strategy, through investment in learning and career development and by ensuring an innovative, flexible and rewarding work environment.

People Strategy

Our People Strategy sets out our plan to achieve three core goals for our organisation over the next 3-4 years: to be an ‘Employer of Choice’, where people would choose to work and progress their career; to develop a ‘Resilient Workforce’ that can withstand future changes and challenges; and for our Department to be an ‘Inclusive Workplace’ that supports equality of opportunity for all staff.

ConnEcTEd Teams Action Plan

The Department is committed to making blended working a permanent feature of how we support our workforce while delivering for our stakeholders. The ConnEcTEd Teams initiative aims to identify and promote behaviours that support effective, inclusive and rewarding blended working.
