3. Regulatory Impact Assessment: Department of Public Expenditure and Reform

4. Effectiveness of regulators: Department of the Taoiseach

5. Representing Ireland at EU, OECD and international fora: Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment

6. Transparency/quality of legislation: Department of the Taoiseach (Cabinet Secretariat), Attorney General’s Office
