Overview
The Digital Single Market and Digital Economy Unit within the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment is responsible for ensuring a whole of Government approach and cross-Government coordination of the Digital Single Market (DSM) agenda and for leading the DSM Inter-Departmental Committee (IDC), which is chaired by the Minister for Trade Promotion, Digital and Company Regulation, Robert Troy TD.
The IDC consists of a well-coordinated large number of Government Departments and agencies which meets every two months to discuss progress on a wide range of specialist technical DSM issues, both at national and EU level.
