Explanatory Memorandum to Companies Act 2014

The Explanatory Memo to the Companies Bill 2012 has been revised and updated to cover the amendments which were passed in the Houses of the Oireachtas. The Explanatory Memo to the Act therefore gives an overview and brief background to every section of the Companies Act 2014.
