EGFSN Submission to the OECD Review of Higher Education in Ireland

A submission by the Expert Group on Future Skills Needs to the year-long review of higher education in Ireland by the OECD, commissioned by the Minister for Science and Education in August 2003. The submission sets out a number of objectives for higher education and highlights a number of important issues which have emerged from primary research by the Expert Group.
