Developing the Green Economy in Ireland

The High-Level Group on Green Enterprise was mandated to identify areas where Ireland could succeed in the green economy and was charged with identifying key road blockages for the green economy and ways to overcome these.

The actions set out in this report are based on group members’ views identified over the course of the meetings, with research provided by Forfás.
