The Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment (DETE) submission to the Commission for Regulation of Utilities (CRU) in response to its public consultation regarding a proposed direction to the electricity grid system operators on the topic of data centre connection policy, an important issue for enterprise policy and our electricity system.

This submission was provided to the CRU on 7 July 2021.
