Annual reports of the implementation of the Construction Contracts Act 2013

Bernard Gogarty, Chairperson of the Ministerial Panel of Adjudicators has submitted the Ninth Annual Report since the commencement of the Construction Contracts Act 2013 to Alan Dillon TD, Minister of State for Employment, Small Business and Retail.

The Ninth Annual Report covers the period from 26 July 2024 to the 25 July 2025 and a copy of the report is attached below.

The Construction Contracts Act 2013 came into force for certain construction contracts entered into after 25 July 2016 in accordance with the Construction Contracts Act 2013 (Appointed Day) Order 2016 (Statutory Instrument No 165 of 2016).
