New, dedicated extra resource for the North East Region will enhance IDA Ireland’s efforts in attracting Foreign Direct Investment to the Region, CEO says
IDA Ireland today announced the appointment of a new Regional Business Development Manager for the North East Region.
James Boyle, a native of 2009 Kilnaleck, Co. Cavan, has worked with IDA Ireland since 2005, holding positions in the agency’s Property Division including managing a portfolio of business parks and buildings. From 2009 he managed the Sales and Marketing team within the Property Division and, in the past year, has held the role of Sales & Marketing Manager in the Strategic Property Management Division.
James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Surveying.
Welcoming the appointment of the new manager for the North East Region, Minister for Business, Enterprise & Innovation, Heather Humphreys TD said: “James Boyle will bring a wealth of energy, experience and local knowledge to the IDA’s North East team. The region continues to maintain a strong base of both indigenous and multinational companies across a diverse range of sectors. My Department and IDA Ireland remain committed to strengthening investment and job creation in the North-East Region. I would like to wish James every success in his new role and I look forward to working with him.”
