Irish firm’s new Positions Span Engineering, Sales, Product Management, Marketing and Support
Asavie, the award winning provider of next generation enterprise mobility management and machine-to-machine (M2M) connectivity solutions, today announced the creation of 106 new jobs in its Dublin office. Over the next two and a half years, the company will be hiring across a variety of roles in engineering, sales, product management, marketing and support.
This project is supported by the Department of Jobs through Enterprise Ireland.
Asavie’s success is built on leveraging the high growth sectors of the internet of things (IoT) and enterprise mobility. Asavie’s PassBridge platform enables mobile operators and original equipment manufacturers (OEM) to rapidly launch, scale and secure end-user focused enterprise mobility and IoT services. PassBridge seamlessly scales capacity to address the changing traffic patterns inherent with mobility and IoT services for millions of subscribers and billions of devices. According to analyst firm, Machina Research, the total number of M2M connections will grow from 5 billion in 2014 to 27 billion in 2024, a CAGR of 18% with an associated value of US1.6 trillion.
The company’s clients include leading telecoms providers such as AT&T, eir, Three, Telefonica and Vodafone and network routing firm, Cradlepoint, among others who chose Asavie’s pioneering technologies to fast track the delivery of innovative EMM and M2M services to their end-user enterprise customer bases.
Welcoming today’s announcement in Dublin, Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, Richard Bruton, said: “A key part of our Action Plan for Jobs is accelerating the development of the fantastic digital cluster we now have in Dublin.
