SI No 464 of 2015 Industrial Relations Act 1990 (Code of Practice on Protected Disclosures Act 2014) (Declaration) Order 2015

The purpose of this Code of Practice is to help employers, workers and their representatives understand the law in regard to disclosure of information relating to wrongdoing which comes to the attention of workers in the workplace, and to help give guidance and set out best practice in regard to how to deal with the disclosure of such information in the workplace.
