SI No 328 of 2005 Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 (Commencement) Order 2005

This Order appointed the 1 September 2005 as the day on which the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 came into operation.

All sections of the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 were commenced on this date except section 4(2) other than as that subsection applies to the repeal of the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 1989.
