SI No 300 of 2007 Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 (Repeals) (Commencement) Order 2007

This Order gives further effect to Section 4 (2) of the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 from 1st November 2007.

Commenced section 4(2) of the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 in so far as it applies to sections 33, 34, 35, 115 and 116 of the Factories Act 1955 and sections 28 and 29 of the Safety in Industry Act 1980.
