SI No 102 of 2011 Chemicals Act (CLP Regulation) Regulations 2011

These Regulations designate the English language as the language for the purposes of labelling of hazardous chemicals, pursuant to Article 17.2 of the EU Regulation on the Classification, Labelling and Packaging of Chemicals (No. 1272/2008).
