Scheme of Industrial Relations (Amendment) Bill 2014 which will:
a) provide for a legislative framework to allow individual enterprises and trade unions to register employment agreements with the labour court that will be binding only on the parties to the agreement; and
b) provide for orders establishing minimum rates of remuneration and other terms and conditions of employment for a specified type, class or group of workers as provided for in the context of transnational provision of services and in the context of promoting harmonious relations between workers of the particular class, type or group and employers.
