These Regulations introduce amendments to an existing set of Regulations, that is, the European Communities (Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road and Use of Transportable Pressure Equipment) Regulations 2011 to 2023 to give effect to the provisions of Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2024/1762 of 5 June 2024 and Commission Delegated Directive (EU) 2025/149 of 15 November 2024 which amend Directive 2008/68/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 September 2008 (insofar as that Directive relates to the transport of dangerous goods by road).
