Casual Trading Act 1995 (No 19 of 1995)

Regulations in regard to the issue of licences to traders selling goods at a place (including a public road) to which the public have access as of right or at any other place that is a casual trading area, the right of a local authority to make bye-laws on casual trading and market rights and the power of the Gardaí to enforce these regulations.
