Invitation for submissions on European Commission proposals on public tax transparency rules for multinationals

The Department is seeking the views of interested parties on proposals by the European Commission regarding disclosure of income tax information by certain undertakings and branches. See attached documents for further information.

The deadline for submissions is Friday, 20 May 2016.

The Department proposes to make public on its website all submissions received under this consultation. If you wish to submit information that you consider commercially sensitive, please identify that information in your submission and give reasons for considering it commercially sensitive.
