Guidelines, Reports, Research and Analysis, Survey
As part of the 2012 Action Plan for Jobs, Forfás undertook research on the potential of microworking in Ireland. Microwork is considered to be "work that can be completed in a small block of time on a paid or voluntary basis". The research finds that microworking has potential to be of use to the wider enterprise sector and not just social enterprise to which it is normally affiliated. Some recommendations are made regarding the development of a single platform to maximise the potential for microworking in Ireland.
