EMCA announces 42 new jobs in Cavan

The process control and automation company is supported by Enterprise Ireland and based in Cootehill

Gilmore & Clarke (Electrical) Limited t/a EMCA, a leading Irish process control and automation company, has announced a significant expansion of its operations in Cootehill, Co. Cavan, creating 42 new jobs over the next 3 years.

The jobs form part of EMCA’s continuous growth strategy in the Irish and UK market and also following successful appointment to the new Irish Water National Minor MEICA Framework which will be signed on Wednesday.

The announcement was made today at EMCA’s new Software & Design Centre located at Cootehill Enterprise and Technology Centre by Heather Humphreys, Minister for Business, Enterprise and Innovation, together with EMCA Managing Director Paul Clarke and Aidan McKenna, Regional Director at Enterprise Ireland who have supported this development.

The company was founded by Paul Clarke in 1998 and as Managing Director; he has nurtured and grown EMCA into one of the leading process control and automation companies in Ireland. His expansive knowledge in electrical engineering and process automation combined with a strategic vision and capability, has positioned EMCA at the forefront of this industry sector.
