Minister Calleary holds first meeting of renewed Enterprise Digital Advisory Forum

Minister of State for Trade Promotion, Digital and Company Regulation, Dara Calleary TD, has today chaired the first meeting of the Enterprise Digital Advisory Forum (EDAF) since its recent membership refresh.

The EDAF will continue to support the government in driving the digitalisation of enterprise across Ireland. The forum brings together representatives of indigenous enterprise, multi-national enterprises, and experts in digital technologies and their adoption by enterprise.

Minister of State for Trade Promotion, Digital and Company Regulation, Dara Calleary TD said:

“I am delighted to welcome our new and reappointed members to the Enterprise Digital Advisory Forum today. The renewal of membership was made to take into account new areas of focus under the Work Programme for 2023, and I look forward to reviewing this programme with the members and setting down our new objectives for 2024 in the new year.

“This forum plays a significant role in advising and working with government to drive industry adoption of digital technologies, in line with our commitments under the National AI Strategy and the National Digital Strategy. I look forward to continuing to chair the forum and working with this group of experts to drive a real step change in the level of digitalisation across all enterprises.”
