The Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment, in conjunction with other departments and state bodies, regularly monitors key sectors to anticipate needs and realise emerging opportunities. Focus on Sectors are a series of sectoral reports that present concise overviews of 16 important sectors of the economy, encompassing both exporting and locally trading activities. The reports also aim to provide an insight into the work of this Department and its impact on some of the key sectors of the economy through its wide-ranging suite of supports.
