SI No 388 of 2018 Competition Act 2002 (Section 27) Order 2018

This Ministerial Order will increase the financial thresholds at which notification of a merger or acquisition to the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) is required. The Order will come into effect on 1 January 2019.
