Companies (Corporate Enforcement Authority) Bill 2021

The Bill establishes the Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement as a new standalone agency entitled the Corporate Enforcement Authority. The Bill also contains other amendments to the 2014 Act including amendments arising from certain recommendations of the Company Law Review Group (CLRG) on corporate governance and shares and share capital.
