Customer Charter and Customer Action Plan 2022-2024

Our Customer Charter is a public statement which sets out the standards and level of service you can expect when dealing with our department. Our Customer Action Plan outlines our strategic goals and the organisational structures that we have put in place to achieve them.

The plan details how we will strive to ensure that our customers are provided with professional, efficient and courteous customer services, in line with the guiding principles of quality customer service that have been adopted across the public service.
